Everyone must eat to survive.  And, we all have our all-time favorite recipes that we often share with friends and family.  And or course, what kitchen cookbook wouldn't be complete without a list of mom's or grandma's favorite recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.

To that end, below are a sample of some of my favorite recipes.  My wife is a wonderful cook, and has accumulated a large collection of recipes.  In fact, she keeps the recipes organized on the computer, and prints a new recipe card for each new dish.

Where possible, we've given credit to the recipe.  In other cases, the recipes are original.  Feel free to try these at your own risk, but if I may be candid, I'm pretty picky, and if I like them, I can almost guarantee that you will too!
